Service and operator

PurepathAI is the project and brand name for personal programming learning paths, practice, AI tutoring and progress tracking, intended for programming learners worldwide. It is not represented as a registered company. Registration as an autónomo in Spain is planned. The operator’s legal name and address remain TO BE CONFIRMED. Contact: purepathaidev@gmail.com.

Accounts and eligibility

Use accurate account details, keep your password private and use only accounts and invitations you are authorised to use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Report suspected unauthorised access to the operator using the support email purepathaidev@gmail.com. There is no blanket 18+ requirement or age confirmation at registration. You must have the legal capacity to use the service or obtain any authorisation required from a parent or guardian under the laws that apply to you. Local requirements may differ by country.

Free trial and AI limitations

The service may be invitation based and may have limited capacity, changing features and interruptions. While the free trial is offered, a new account receives the free period shown when joining (7 days), starting at registration, with no card required. Learning during the trial and a subscription is subject to a daily fair-use limit on AI use, which resets at 00:00 UTC. AI-generated explanations, assessments and code may contain mistakes. Review and test code before using it outside exercises. Progress indicators are educational guidance; they do not guarantee mastery, certification, employment or any particular outcome.

Subscription

After the free trial, learning continues with a subscription: one plan billed monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you pay, plus any tax added at checkout. Payment is taken through Stripe Managed Payments, whose checkout and receipts name the seller. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the period already paid. If you subscribe while free days remain, the first payment is taken when they end. If a renewal payment fails, access continues while the payment is retried and ends when the subscription ends.

Credits from before subscriptions are no longer used for learning and are not converted. Paid subscriptions are not yet enabled. Before enabling them we will publish seller details and refund and withdrawal rules. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available and cannot be excluded. Closing an account does not waive any refund required by law. Contact purepathaidev@gmail.com to request account closure.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the code and other content you submit. You grant permission to process, store and send it to service providers only as needed to provide and secure the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only submit content you have permission to use. Do not submit secrets, private data of other people or confidential material without lawful authority.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, credential theft or malware; attempt to access others’ accounts; bypass security or usage limits; or disrupt the service. Exercise code execution is for learning within the supported sandbox. Do not use it to attack external systems.

Intellectual property and sharing

Service branding, interface and original material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access permits personal learning use, subject to applicable law and any identified third-party licences. AI outputs may resemble other outputs, contain third-party material or lack copyright protection; no exclusivity is promised. Shared progress links can be viewed and copied by their recipients.

Suspension, termination and responsibility

Access may be restricted proportionately for abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate, users should receive reasons and a way to contact support at purepathaidev@gmail.com. Contact that address for account closure, export or deletion requests; these are not currently self-service features. Mandatory liability, consumer protection and data protection rights cannot be excluded by these terms.

Changes, law and disputes

Material changes should be communicated before taking effect where required. New terms must not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights. Dispute contact: purepathaidev@gmail.com. Final operator jurisdiction and applicable law remain TO BE CONFIRMED; planned Spanish registration is not a claim of current registration. Any final law or jurisdiction clause must preserve mandatory rights and court access available to consumers in their country.

Privacy choices

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Optional browser analytics and diagnostics are chosen separately in Cookie settings. Accepting terms does not grant consent to optional tracking.
